hey! i moved!

okay guys, i get it.  none of you want to be my friend after my last post.  i'm sorry i told you i like a linkin park song.  whatever, it's fine. i don't need you to leave comments on all of my posts in order for me to feel validated or anything.

so... i moved out of my sister's basement and into a different basement!  yeah, i'm like super independent now.  i am very grateful to the milnes for putting me up for a year (yeah, a whole year, can you believe how ridiculous i am?). i mean, was.  how ridiculous i was. because obviously i'm not ridiculous anymore since i've stopped mooching. for the most part.

anyway.  do you want to see my new room?  i'm going to show you right now!  it's kind of adorable...

i decided a little re-decorating was in order.

the rumors are true

the cabin fever party was truly amazing. we took a ton of pictures and there are a bunch on facebook, so look there for more evidence of this party's gloriousness.

meet gordon. we have decided to never give him back to andrea's uncle.

we liked having gordon in the kitchen so much that we decided to put the love seat under him and moved the kitchen table into the living room. it is quite adorable and i never want to leave my cute apartment ever again.

so, the party was a huge success. there were so many people there it was hard to move at one point. good food, good games, good music and good people. what more could you ask for?

changing things up

spring is a time for change and since i am not taking classes right now and just working, i have had some time to do the things that i have been wanting to do but didn't have time to do during the semester. i was sick of all the pictures on the wall behind my desk, so i decided to get some cool paper and put it up on the wall for a nice, clean background. the pictures were just too overwhelming and i hate to admit it, but a little juvenile. i also moved my printer under my desk to create more space (my roommate lindsey suggested i move it). i am pretty pleased with the transformation.
